Privacy Policy

SMX — Strategic Management Experience ("SMX", "we") takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and what your rights are. We follow the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13.709/2018) and respect GDPR principles.

1. Data we collect

We collect only the minimum needed to deliver the service:

• Email — when you sign up to access a free case or join the waitlist.
• Name and email — when you complete a payment on the /pagamento page.
• Technical metadata — signup source (hero, final CTA, etc.) and case name, for funnel analysis.
• Anonymous navigation data — via Vercel logs (IP, user-agent, pages visited), used only for security and diagnostics.

We do not use tracking cookies. We do not use third-party pixels (Meta, Google Analytics, etc.) at this time.

2. How we use your data

• Grant access to the case you requested.
• Notify you about new releases (only if you opted into the waitlist).
• Process your payment and issue your certificate.
• Answer questions and provide support.

We do not sell, rent or share your data for third-party marketing.

3. Who we share with

We share data only with providers essential to the operation:

• Vercel Inc. — site hosting (USA, with standard contractual clauses).
• FormSubmit — service used to forward signup and payment forms to our email.
• Google Firebase — authentication and database (USA), used to manage your account and progress.

When we integrate Stripe for card/boleto payments, Stripe will process payment data under their privacy policy. We will update this page.

4. Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see section 5).

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Confirm whether we process your data and access it;
• Correct incomplete, incorrect or outdated data;
• Request anonymization, blocking or deletion;
• Port your data to another provider;
• Revoke consent.

6. Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, security headers (HSTS, X-Content-Type-Options, X-Frame-Options) and restricted storage. That said, no system is 100% secure — if we detect a material incident, we will notify affected users and regulators as required by law.

7. Minors

The service is aimed at professionals and students aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email (to registered users) and the "Last updated" date at the top will change.
